It's deeply coloured and beautifully fragrant on the nose, displaying blueberry, dark plum, floral and spice characters. The palate is ripe and dense with a rounded mouthfeel and fine chalky tannins providing a lovely dry finish. An impressively fruited and engaging red with bold flavours and a striking palate. At its best: now to 2014." Sam Kim, The Wine Orbit.

Made from a combination of Chave and Mass selection clones from our home vineyard in the Bridge Pa Winegrowing Region. This vintage is classical Ash Ridge Syrah, floral, silky and intense with characteristic pepper and spice notes, another great wine from this wonderful vineyard. Colour: Deep and vibrant, dark ruby with a purple hue. Aroma: Lifted and fragrant, with classic floral notes. Intense aromas of boysenberries and voilets. Palate: Intense flavours of blackberries, spice and pepper, smooth tannins and a lingering finish
Traditional winemaking techniques have produced this wine that displays Aromas of blackberry, plum and cherry fruit with violet influences. Sweet red fruits with plum and guava dominate the palate with lingering cherry flavours and a hint of chocolate. This wine is well rounded with sweet tannins and a long finish. Ageing potential 3 to 5 years. A good accompaniment to venison or lamb.
Dark berries, cassis, chocolate, vanilla, and leather combine on the palate to produce this rich, silky smooth, mouth filling desert wine. With age a coffee character is expected to develop with time in the bottle. Enjoy on its own or match with cheese or chocolate based deserts.
Barrel fermentation and ageing on lees has produced this full bodied, tightly structured wine which displays sweet mango, nectarine and passionfruit aromas on the nose with stone fruit, quince and citrus characters on the palate. Smokey oak and barrel ferment characters contribute to a weighty Chardonnay. Aging potential 3 - 5 years. This wine will complement fish, chicken and pork dishes.
Lively gooseberry aromas with notes of passionfruit, lime and a hint of fig. The palate shows clean, fresh gooseberry and citrus with layers of passionfruit and some clean, herbal notes. This is a dry, nicely balanced Sauvignon to drink with food or on its own as a young wine. Great with salads, seafood and Summer lunches.
Pretty strawberry and cranberry characters dominate on the nose with delightful candyfloss and whipped cream notes. The palate is well balanced, softly structured and dry. Delicious drinking over the next year. Serve lightly chilled
