Zibibbo Citrus Crush is bursting with bubbles and summer fruit flavours with a racy, fresh vibrant finish. It has lifted aromas of lime zest, kaffir lime and freshly squeezed lemons. This sparkling wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes and a small addition of natural citrus flavouring. The grapes were harvested from mid February to mid April 2014 at baumé levels from 11.3º to 12.2º.

A refreshing cleansing palate with the lemon and fresh scone dough flavours helped by the yeast autolysis adds creaminess along with the fine acid line which is present to create a crisp, zesty and fulfilling finish.
