Appearance : Clear, Transparent
Aroma : Clean zeasty nose with orange zeast competing with piny juniper for attention.
Taste : Honest, Classic old school juniper led london dry gin palate but with zingy orange zest setting above candied zinger, lemon and sage.
Aftertaste: Hibiscucs flaover are more obivious in the long levender black pepper and pine finish.
Appearance: Crystal clear.
Aroma: Laveder bouquet of original Beefeater is replaced by floral aromas, particuarly hibiscus with berry notes also evident.
Taste: Less citrussy than is usual for Beefeater with superbly intergrated flavours which present as a unified force making it hard to distinquish the individual contributions of the elderflower, hibiscus and blackcurrant that set this gin apart from original Beefeater.
Aftertaste: Blackberry emerges in a reassuringly predominant pine-ey juniper finish. A master class in gin formulation by Desmond Payne.

Blackwoods Dry Gin – the world’s first vintage gin.
Our story begins with this hand crafted 40% vintage gin. Inspired by the beautiful nature of Shetland, we wait each year for the right weather conditions to harvest our botanicals. With each vintage the botanicals used change slightly due to the quality and quantity available. Our Shetland botanicals are infused with juniper and coriander, plus other botanicals including lime, to give our dry gin its unique and complex flavour. We steep the botanicals in natural mineral water to release their gentle flavours before we go on to distillation in small batches using a traditional copper still. Over the years our vintage gin has won gold medals and been judged by experts, across the world beating many well-known brands in the process.
Tasting note:An abundance of citrus on the nose with gentle floral notes to follow. Extremely smooth yet crisp with citrus, herbal and floral notes coming through on the palate.
BLOOM Premium London Dry Gin is not quite like any other premium gin. It is a light, delicate and floral gin with a totally unique, slightly sweet taste created by a bespoke blend of 3 botanicals: honeysuckle, chamomile and pomelo.
Bombay Sapphire East Gin (42%, 84 proof ) is an interesting extension in the Bombay Sapphire brand. It features all of the botanicals from Bombay Sapphire (juniper, grains of paradise, lemon peel, cubeh berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, almond, orris, and licorice) and then adds lemongrass and black pepper. These two new botanicals clearly stand out in the nose of the Bombay Sapphire East Gin, giving it a spicier and fuller nose. The lemongrass seems to also boost the lemon in the nose and the black pepper boosts the juniper. Other than that, the nose is fairly true to Bombay Sapphire.
London Dry gin, distilled from 100% neutral grain spirit. The incomparable taste of Bombay Sapphire is the result of ten carefully selected botanical ingredients coupled with a unique distillation process. Unlike some other gins, which 'boil' their botanicals together with the spirit, Bombay Sapphire distils its spirit alone. The spirit vapour from this distillation then gently passes through a copper basket containing the botanicals. This infuses the subtle aromatic flavours from each of the ten botanicals into the spirit vapour resulting in a crisp, delicately balanced taste
Brokers London Dry Gin 1ltr
Broker’s is a brand with personality and playfulness. Creators Martin and Andy Dawson chose the image of a bowler-hatted gentlemen - an archetypal stockbroker - to reflect the fact that historically England is the home of gin. Broker’s is a seriously good gin with a quirky marketing approach.
Broker’s Gin is made in a 200-year-old distillery in the heart of England using a traditional copper pot-still. The recipe is as old as the distillery.
A quadruple-distilled pure grain spirit made from English wheat is redistilled with ten traditional botanicals, creating a gin of outstanding flavour and smoothness.
Broker’s Gin does not follow the modern trend of using weird and wonderful spirits and botanicals. There are no oddball ingredients in Broker’s Gin. We believe our forefathers did an unbeatable job perfecting gin recipes over many hundreds of years.
Broker’s Gin has won more top awards in international competitions over the last ten years than any other gin. Broker’s truly is … THE WORLD’S BEST GIN.
