Tasting Note: The Banrock Station Pinot Gris exhibits poached pear, with white floral, and exotic clove and cinnamon spices on the nose. The palate displays mouth-filling pear and apple fruit flavours, nougat, with a crunchy acid finish.

The Banrock Station Sauvignon Blanc displays lifted citrus, tropical and herbaceous aromas. On the palate fresh limes, passionfruit and soft gooseberry flavours, finishing with a grassy lift. ABV: 12%
The Banrock Station Shiraz exhibits intense blackberry fruit over coffee and oak aromas with a hint of clove and cinnamon. This wine is a full bodied Shiraz that displays plum and blackberry flavours with clove and aniseed spices supported by a rounded tannin structure. ABV: 13%
The Banrock Station Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits lifted aromas of raspberry and blackberry with hints of eucalyptus. These aromas are accompanied by savoury notes of sage, thyme and black pepper spice with underlying vanilla coconut oak characters. This wine is a soft, medium to full bodied red with bright plum, raspberry and blueberry fruit flavours, combining savoury notes of sage, thyme, star anise and black pepper. This wine is well structured with fine savoury tannins, coconut oak undertones, balanced acidity and finished with lingering dark berry, thyme and mint flavours.
Food pairings: Enjoy served with meat dishes, such as Lamb, Beef and mushroom based dishes, soft ripe cheeses.
Tasting Notes: These grapes were selected by its characteristics, as Touriga Nacional gave to the wine a ripe floral character and Tinta Roriz and Alfrocheiro for their fruit and spice. In taste is medium-bodied and very smooth and pleasant finish.
