An ideal warm dry autumn has resulted in aromatics of passionfruit and melon with background notes of dried hay. These aromas are replicated as flavours on entry into the palate, moving into a full textured rich mid-palate and finishing with lingering minerality. This wine is ideal for sensible summer evening drinking. Cellaring Potential: Mt Difficulty Sauvignon Blanc will improve for 3-5 years given optimal cellaring conditions.

Described by John Belsham as “the most international wine in the top line-up”, this elegant beauty is reminiscent of a Graves from Bordeaux. It is a beautifully styled expression, with flinty complexity wrapped around white peach. Try it with hapuku and a dill sauce.
Pale straw green in colour with brilliant clarity, Oyster Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is zesty and aromatic with lots of lively, penetrating fruit characters. A concentration of tropical and gooseberry flavors with an abundant bouquet, it is a wine that is always crisp, elegant and refreshing
The wine possesses aromas of grapefruit and mandarin, with guava, red currant and floral notes. The palate displays nectarine, citrus, and passionfruit flavours with a pithy texture and a clean crisp finish. As with all of Te Pa's Sauvignon Blanc wines, this would pair perfectly with a fresh fish dish with lemon and herbs, local clams, or shrimp meals. ABV: 13%
Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from our vineyards in the Marlborough area of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.
Tropical passionfruit notes combine with delicate citrus and fresh grassy aromas in the glass. This Sauvignon Blanc is mouth filling and crisp with a long, lasting finish.
An excellent accompaniment to seafood dishes, antipasto platters, salads and other fresh cuisine.
Mt Difficulty Roaring Meg Sav Blanc:
This is a concentrated Sauvignon Blanc in a typical Central Otago style. The wine displays dried hay; capsicum and passionfruit with a vibrant wet stone note; this moves into a tightly textured palate which flows into a clean citrus focussed finish. This wine is ideal for fun-loving, responsible summer drinking.
