Product reviews for Clan MacGregor Scotch 1000ml

I was a little disappointed with this whisky. The price was good and I was not expecting a gem but as well as nosing young this whisky tastes young.  For my palate the young grain overshadowed the malt.  I wouldn't drink it by choice  as a straight whisky but to be fair it is passable though a bit "dirty".  It is fine with mixers and could be used for cocktails without any problems.  The advertised description is flattering!

I was somewhat disappointed with this whisky. It not only smells young but tastes "young" and dirty.  The blending leaves a bit to be desired. It was a goodish price but I can not recommend it to drink as a straight blended whisky .  However as a mixer it would be fine!
