Dark ruby red colour, with beautiful aromas of dark cherry, red plum, opening out to complex Christmas cake spices. Palate is robust with ripe juicy cherry and plums supported by medium-grained oak tannins. Long and flavoursome with immediate appeal as well as cellaring potential. The Deliverance Pinot Noir is wild fermented in small lots and manually plunged for natural colour and tannin extraction. The young wine macerated on skins for four weeks before pressing to French oak for natural malolactic fermentation and maturing for 10 months before blending and bottling onsite.
