This brand new single malt hails from the spiritual home of Scotch whisky, Lindores Abbey in the Kingdom of Fife. Founded in 2017, Lindores Abbey has its roots firmly in the past, the site dates back to 1494 with the first recorded mention of malted barley being used to produce aqua vitae. Using locally grown barley, the team are making a whisky that has a mellow vanilla, fruity, vibrant and buttery flavour with citrus touches and a hint of pepper from the wood.
