The GRAPPA LUIGI Francoli BARRELS OF LIMOUSIN is from the pomace of Nebbiolo and Dolcetto grapes, aged for 36 months in oak barrels. Next blend with a limited amount of Grappa Moscato and refinement of the final 8 months in barrels of Limousin oak. Colour: intense golden yellow, bright and clear. Bouquet: clean, fragrant with hints of toasted hazelnut, vanilla, raisins and candied fruit. Palate: soft and smooth where the alcohol and the sweet notes, pleasantly astringent properties of wood are in perfect balance with one another. The final reserve delicate nuances of hazelnut and tropical fruit.
