Gold colour with amber highlights. The first nosing presents woody vanilla notes. It evolves to scents of fresh fruits, white blossom and honey. The mouth reveals lots of suppleness and indulgence with fruity and vanilla flavours.

Fruit of exceptional ripeness and flavour was harvested from our Stone Creek Vineyard producing a wonderful classic Marlborough Pinot Noir. Fruit aromas of dark cherry, plum, raspberry dominate the aroma, supported and complimented with vanilla, wood smoke and grilled mushrooms. The aroma is deep and captivating. On the palate the pedigree and depth of flavour is immediately evident, with support from a very fine tannin structure. Overall the wine has a wonderful balance and poise, a silky length and the fruit to see drink now and age well into the future. This successful marriage shows how vanilla, which is yet naturally present in the cognac after it has been ageing in oak wood barrels for a long time can create a new sensation when it becomes dominant. The aromas harmony shows the perfect balance in between the Cognac - LOng and Delicate - and the Vanilla - Silky and Powerful - delivering a sinfully irresistible and seductively smooth taste. Appearance:Beautiful glistening robe, golden yellow with glittering tints for this Liqueur which plays with light in its rounded bottle shape. Head: The aromas harmony show the perfect marriage in between the Cognac which is long, , delicate, with narcissus, liquorice, milk chocolate and vanilla which is silky and powerful. This latter gives roundness to the blend and then goes on caramel, almond and cinnamon sensations.
