Matured in traditional oak casks at their distillery of origin, each cask is handpicked and nosed by our malt team prior to bottling. Bottled the traditional way, straight from the cask, all the malts in the Dun Bheagan Collection are unchillfiltered and natural in colour for a richer, smoother taste. Royal Blue gift packaging creates added value and greater shelf presence. Tatsing note - Nose: Wine gums, lemon peel and kippers. Palate: Salt, delicate spice, pecan nut and grapefruit. Finish: Lingering grapefruit with some soft honey.
