Sheep Milk Vodka is made with premium New Zealand Sheep milk from the central North Island. The Sheep Milk is first fermented for a period of up to two weeks before being distilled into a full strength spirit. The long fermentation time means we are able to retain a great deal of the original Sheep Milk flavour and aroma during fermentation, resulting in a full bodied Vodka with very smooth mouthfeel and a subtle creaminess on the palate.
