Carrick UnRav Pinot Noir 2015 750ml

5 STARS: Cuisine Magazine. The Unravelled Pinot Noir is a premium wine made from predominately Dijon clones on various rootstocks, planted in 1996. The 2014 Unravelled Pinot Noir shows a huge depth of fruit with a strong structure and a full mouth feel. Classic Central Otago herbs of wild thyme and cloves, and red and black fruits show in abundance on the nose for this stellar vintage. This wine enters the palate on dark cherry and blackberries that lead on and on through the mid palate. Plenty of structure, the tannin is robust, lingering long into the finish. This wine will cellar for the next 5+years.

Amaro Montenegro 1000ml

Few things are more Italian than a glass of amaro. Dating back centuries, this herbal liqueur was first crafted by monks believing it had supernatural powers. Production soon moved from small monasteries to expansive plants. The distillation process varied, but typically centered around a unique combination of herbs and spices that were infused into a rich spirit after maceration. Secrecy always remained integral – so much so that only a few family members of each generation knew the recipes, with different amaro variations including everything from flowers to roots. While the ingredients remained relatively unknown, its popularity grew rapidly.

Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin 1000ml

London Dry gin, distilled from 100% neutral grain spirit. The incomparable taste of Bombay Sapphire is the result of ten carefully selected botanical ingredients coupled with a unique distillation process. Unlike some other gins, which 'boil' their botanicals together with the spirit, Bombay Sapphire distils its spirit alone. The spirit vapour from this distillation then gently passes through a copper basket containing the botanicals. This infuses the subtle aromatic flavours from each of the ten botanicals into the spirit vapour resulting in a crisp, delicately balanced taste
